Ieri è iniziata finalmente l’estate e il caldo sembra continuare ad aumentare. Nonostante tutto stamattina ho deciso di utilizzare il mio caro amico forno 🙂
Ho scelto questa torta perchè avevo della panna fresca da montare vicina alla scadenza e non avevo mai preparato una torta che avesse nell’impasto la panna liquida. Solitamente la uso montata per farcire il pan di spagna oppure per accompagnare torte un pò piĂą asciutte come la paradiso.

Ho trovato questa ricetta sul web, ma ho apportato alcune piccole modifiche.

Spero vi piaccia e possa esservi utile.

Ingredienti:

200 gr zucchero (io ho messo 100 gr zucchero bianco e 100 gr zucchero di canna equosolidale)

250 gr farina
200 gr panna fresca da montare

2 uova

1 bustina di vanillina
1 bustina di lievito
gocce di cioccolato a piacimento

Preparazione:

Preriscaldare il forno ventilato a 180°C

1. Sbattere le uova intere con lo zucchero finchè il composto non diventa liquido.
2. Aggiungere la panna fresca e continuare a mescolare.
3. Aggiungere la vanillina.
4. Aggiungere la farina setacciata e per ultimo il lievito.
5. Amalgamare bene il composto.
6. Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato e mescolare bene con un cucchiaio di legno.
7. Versare il composto con l’aiuto di un lecca pentola in una teglia precedentemente imburrata.
8. Cuocere per 30/35 minuti

Una volta che avete versato l’impasto nella teglia mescolate con un cucchiaio in senso rotario, si formerĂ  come un mulinello. Con questo piccolo trucchetto l’impasto si distribuisce in modo omogeneo durante la cottura, le gocce di cioccolato rimangono amalgamate nell’impasto e non si depositano sul fondo. Infine la torta lievita tutta allo stesso modo e non si crea quello che io chiamo “effetto cunetta”: la torta lievita di piĂą al centro, rispetto ai bordi, prendendo proprio la forma di una cunetta.

Una volta sfornata lasciate riposare la torta per 5/10 minuti nella sua teglia.

 

Capovolgetela su una gratella, togliete la teglia e lasciatela raffreddare. Questo permetterĂ  alla torta di perdere il vapore immagazzinato durante la cottura e di rimanere soffice.
